Designed and delivered success with knowledge-based solutions infused with APQC recommended practices based in SharePoint that support an organizations Community of Practice (CoP) needs including advanced search capabilities, expertise location, feedback, lessons learned / best practices, vetting of global standards, and discussion threads.  CoP published contents are then infused into other solutions to present targeted materials from the CoP into the users’ normal workflow based on context.

Designed and configured several large integrated global enterprise  content management solutions tailored to the user’s workflow delivered  in a People Process Tools methodology.  The solutions infuse structured,  unstructured, and geospatial elements into a unified user experience  that focused on the user’s workflow needs.  These solutions are based on  SharePoint technologies and developed in a manner to be both highly  scalable and portable to future SharePoint platform implementations. 

We delivered consulting from concept through delivery for numerous client dashboards for both data analysis and daily data interaction based on the Power BI platform sourcing data from ERP, EHR, and SCADA solutions.
